Ingredients: 3 oz Champagne
1 1/4 oz Mandarine Napoleon® orange liqueur
1 oz egg white
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz sugar syrup
Method: Shake mandarine, egg white, lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass. Pour in the champagne.
Serve: White Wine Glass
